We are looking for an HR & Administrative Manager to take over the development and management of its Payroll & HR platform, as well as to manage Ock Pop Tok’s main office administrative tasks.

The Human Resources & Administrative Manager covers two areas of responsibility: the administration of the Ock Pop Tok office on one side, and the HR management of Ock Pop Tok as a whole on the other side.
Human Resources Management
As the HR Manager, he/she is responsible for the overall provision and management of the human resources services, policies and program of the company. He/She is responsible for the design, implementation and monitoring of the end to end human resources processes and systems from human resources planning, resourcing, performance management and development, reward and remuneration, employee relations and compliance with internal standards and government labor laws.
- Degree/qualification in Business Administration or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR and Payroll.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Outstanding verbal and written (email) communication in English and Lao.
