The New Faces of OPT
The latest additions to our team:
Vone, joins us as our new F&B manager, coming from one of the top hotels in Luang Prabang. She is very experienced in creating interesting menus and keeping a large catering operation running like clockwork. She’s already busy creating more inventive ways to update our Lao and Western menu and cannot wait for her new brunch menu!
Brandan replaces Ruddy as operations manager for the Living Crafts Centre. He will work closely alongside Vone to ensure that everyone who visits the LCC and stays in our villa has a 5 star experience. Brandan has a wide experience of running popular hotels throughout Asia. With high season in full swing and an eclectic list of events to organise, we can promise that Brandan will never get bored!
Stefan is our new sales manager, having recently moved here from Switzerland with his Lao wife. Stefan has a long background in product management, most recently managing the fair trade and handicrafts for the renowned Swiss organisation Helvetas. Stefan will work hard to ensure we sell great products in a beautiful environment and find more global partners to distribute our products.
Moo Noy is the most recent addition to our sales team. She is from Vientiane and has spent most of her life there, working in marketing for the Social Economy newspaper. She had enough of the big city and wanted to come to Luang Prabang for a more interesting and slower pace of life. She loves learning about the patterns at OPT and the stories behind the patterns. She is already one of our top sellers and hopes to be managing one of the shops within the next year. Sok dee Moo Noy and everyone else!
